Beach Education Program is your child's first defense in and around water. It is the induction of knowledge and skills needed for protection against the risks and hazards involved in water activities. Beach Ed is the only formal and correctly supervised water education your child receives. The program is delivered in a structured manner by qualified instructors in a disciplined environment that sees the children taught Beach Awareness and Safety through a combination of theory and practical participation modules.

To encourage water sports and water related activities by spreading the awareness about the risks and the hazards involved. It also encompasses safety regulations and how to cope with accidents and saving precious lives.

Q4. What equipment should we bring?
Beach Ed is a practical and theory based programme, centered on and around the surf beach. Children will need to bring sun smart hats, sun block, water bottles, lunch, sandles and towel and a change of clothing. Children can also bring their water sports toys.

You can be assured that child safety is our number one priority! All our Beach Ed Instructors are certified Lifeguards and will not compromise child safety.
Q6. What is the cost of Beach Ed program?
The program is based on two stages. The first stage is The Beach Ed Workshop conducted in schools. The second stage is a fun, safe and educational day at the beach, instructed by qualified professionals and assisted by Lifeguards and operating to a strict International Code of Practice. The costs involved for both programs differ and are nominal, keeping in mind the social service aspect of this organization and the importance of water safety education reaching a maximum number of schools and students. Beach Ed Society is a meeting and event platform for like minded people of various ages who have a passion for adventure and water sports. The Society organizes numerous outdoor activities and events like snorkeling and diving expeditions, trekking, camping, windsurfing, para-sailing, boating, etc.
